Project goals

The Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the construction and delivery of the Woodbury Reserve: Upgrade of the existing Sports Field, Construction of New Amenities Block and Landscape works in two phases, as outlined in the Scope of Work. This work must comply with the relevant Australian Standards, as detailed in the design documents in this tender.

As the region experiences an increase in the participation of youth and women in sports and fitness, the development of the Woodbury Reserve and Sports Precinct has been planned in line with the Council-adopted Hawkesbury Community Strategic Plan. This development aims to meet the community's key aspirations and the growing demand for inclusive sporting facilities.
