This is a collaborative Request for Tender (RFT) involving South West Healthcare (SWH) and Western District Health Service (WDHS). The RFT will be administered by Southwest Healthcare (SWH), for and on behalf of the Health Services involved. In accordance with the requirements of this RFT, the health services intend to appoint a Contractor to provide a Temperature & Task Monitoring Management System for Food & Pharmaceutical, to be supported through a maintenance agreement.

SWH is seeking to replace its existing temperature monitoring solution for:

• Pharmaceuticals (Warrnambool & Camperdown

WDHS is seeking to replace its existing temperature monitoring solution for:

• Food Services

The successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver, install, configure, and commission the new equipment. The successful supplier(s) will also need to provide training and education for Health Services personnel with respect to the correct use of the equipment and supporting software.
