Tender Description

Casey City Council is seeking Tenders in response to this Request for Tender from experienced and suitably qualified tenderers to provide the Services described in the Tender Specification.

Casey City Council invites suitable tenderers to undertake the delivery of Robert Booth Tennis Pavilion Renewal. The project is located at 77-99 Somerville Road, Hampton Park, Victoria, 3976.

The scope of works include:

  •  Concrete works including footings and pavement
  • Construct external/internal walls and associated doors, windows etc.
  • Reticulation of rainwater system, sewerage and hot/cold water system
  • Supply and install roofing and associated flashing, gutters, downpipes etc.
  • Supply and install of a complete electrical system
  • Supply and install blockwork, fibre cement sheet cladding, floor/wall/ceiling/ finishes
  • Supply and install CCTV cameras and swipe card access controls
