Wakehurst Parkway Improvements Project – Frenchs Forest to Narrabeen – Notice with Confidentiality Deed

⁠⁠⁠Project goals

TfNSW’s objectives for the Project are to:

1. Improve the network efficiency and increasing traffic flow.

2. Improve road safety and reduce crashes in key areas.

3. Improve capacity for future traffic growth.

4. Improve active transport accessibility.

5. Encourage the use of public and active Transport.

6. Work with Northern Beaches Council to deliver flood improvements in the area.

Scope

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at Roadworks Category R3 (or higher) and Financial Level F50 (or higher) to deliver the road construction upgrades on the Wakehurst Parkway – Frenchs Forest to Narrabeen.

The Work generally involves upgrades to the Wakehurst Parkway - Frenchs Forest to Narrabeen. The project is made of two areas of work, one in the south and one in the north. It includes intersection upgrades and a focus on improving safety and capacity for this key road link in Sydney’s Northern Beaches; located within the Northern Beaches Council (NBC) Local Government Area.

Additional details/instructions

An EOI briefing will be held at 11:30am – 12:30pm on Thursday 3 July 2025 at Transport for NSW Office - 4Parramatta Square, 12 Darcy Street, Parramatta NSW 2150. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Applicant. Prospective applicants will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) to the contact officer at Construction.Tenders@transport.nsw.gov.au prior to being given access to the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents. The EOI documents will be available to download from Buy NSW Tenders on Thursday 26 June 2025.
