Tender Description
Service Panel Contract for the replacement of damaged footpaths around the municipality as identified in Infrastructure Plannings yearly programs and as directed by Civil Works Officers. Initial Contract Term to be 1 year, with the option for two additional one year extensions.
The necessary insurance required by the contractor for this Contract is:
A. Workers Compensation Insurance
B. $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance
