Tender Description

The Soilborne Disease Initiative (SBDI) is a strategic investment aimed at addressing the significant yield losses caused by soilborne pathogens in Australian grains. Current management strategies are limited by genetic resistance, chemical control options, and crop rotation constraints. Program 2 will develop guidelines for a diagnostic pipeline using satellite imagery to inform sampling of soil for PredictaB testing and mapping the impact of soilborne diseases at a paddock scale. The program will leverage the knowledge gained from Program 1 to develop economic risk assessments for growers and agronomists, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding management of soilborne disease.

Offer period

Offers will remain open for acceptance by the GRDC for a period of 6 months after the Closing Time.
