Kempsey Shire Council requires the provision of managed cybersecurity services to strengthen its security posture, monitor threats in real time, manage vulnerabilities and patching, and support compliance with the ACSC Essential Eight Maturity Model and Local Government Cyber Security Guidelines.

Services must cover approximately 450 endpoints (workstations and servers).

Council currently holds Microsoft 365 E5 licensing and is open to solutions that integrate with or leverage its existing Microsoft security capabilities where appropriate.

Respondents are required to provide proposals based on a one-year, three-year, or five-year term. Council will review the options provided and determine the preferred contract duration based on value for money and strategic fit.

Responses are to be submitted on eProcure by 2pm AEST on Tuesday 15 July 2025.
