WorkSafe Victoria (WSV) is looking to establish a Learning & Organisational Development Provider Panel (the Panel).

WSV is seeking submissions from service providers with relevant expertise, experience and capacity to deliver services in four key streams. Tenderers may select one or more streams.

• Off the shelf and/or Customised Learning & Capability solutions
• Culture & Organisational Development solutions
• Facilitation services
• Coaching services

The new panel is proposed to commence in November 2025 for an initial three-year term, and will include two one year extension options.

Fair Jobs Code

WSV advises suppliers that, in accordance with Victorian Government procurement policy, a Fair Jobs Code (FJC) Pre-Assessment Certificate is a requirement for this RFT. Any supplier that does not yet hold a FJC Pre-Assessment Certificate is advised to commence the process of applying for the certification as soon as possible to prevent delays during tender assessment.
