This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Service Requirement: Website Maintenance and Enhancement
The service provider shall deliver ongoing website maintenance and enhancement services to support continuous improvement of the website in alignment with stakeholder needs. The scope of services includes the following:
1. Website Improvements
Implement new features and enhancements to the website based on feedback and evolving requirements from stakeholders to ensure optimal usability and performance.
2. Drupal Development Support
Provide advice and development support to NEMA staff to identify and resolve bugs within the Drupal-based environment and provide technical documentation on request.
3. GovCMS Patch and Security Update Testing
Provide support to NEMA staff on request during and after GovCMS update.
4. Log Monitoring and Critical Error Reporting
Review NEMA web support Run book when it is ready.
Provide prompt support and resolution for any service disruptions affecting website availability on request.
5. Work-in-Progress (WIP) Meetings
Attend WIP meeting to review ongoing work, discuss upcoming tasks, and align on priorities with stakeholders on request.
