Albany Regional Prison require a suitable contractor to provide general cleaning services for the premises listed within the Request document.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 150 Princess Avenue, TORNDIRRUP on 2 July 2025 10:00 AM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: Wednesday, 2 July 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM Western Australia Time
• Location: Albany Regional Prison, 150 Princess Avenue TORNDIRRUP WA 6330

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 2 PM, Western Australia Time 30 June 2025 by contacting Ana McDonald by email to procurementcontracts@justice.wa.gov.au.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration

 Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
