This project is to extend the existing Research Preschool building at 1555 Main Rd, Research VIC 3095 as per provided design.

The works include but are not limited to:

• Demolish the exiting office and store room, including asbestos removal;

• Provide temp fence and hoarding to the construction area;

• Provide an onsite 20ft container as the temporary storage of the preschool;

• Relocate the play equipment in the backyard as per the preschool’s request;

• Excavate and construct the building extension as per provided design;

• Remediation of all disturbed areas;
