Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Phillip Island Nature Parks is looking to appoint a firm for specialised consulting services with recognised and proven skills to develop a Business Case for State Government investment in infrastructure on the Summerland Peninsula, including the Penguin Parade and the Nobbies.

The Business Case is to take into consideration current design development for these projects, the current political and financial landscape, and position the business case in a way that is considerate but deliberate in solving a problem for the State.
