Westcott Parade UDF - Urban Design Consultant

⁠⁠⁠Melton City Council invites suppliers to submit a Tender for provision of the Services of a specialist Urban Design consultancy to work with Melton City Council’s City Strategy Unit to understand Council’s ambitions and goals, and plan effective and efficient processes to ensure project budgets, timelines and outcomes are met.

Key documents include a Gap Analysis that informs the Project Management Plan as well as an Engagement and Consultation Strategy that will be critical to the successful implementation of the Urban Design Framework (UDF).

This project will deliver an Urban Design Framework (UDF) for land known as Westcott Parade, adjoining the western edge of the Rockbank Township in the City of Melton. The UDF will provide a planning and design document to guide the future use and development of the land. It will establish a vision for how the area will develop and provide sufficient detail to allow for testing of the framework.
