This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department is seeking to engage an experienced seller who has capability to provide technical ServiceNow resources that are highly experienced in the ongoing management of the IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM) products, and portals within the ServiceNow Unclassified (Official) Cloud environment.
Certification and experience with ITIL and with an in-depth knowledge/experience around security access controls, Agile Development/DevOps, and ITSM/CSM implementation.
In consultation with the seller, developers skilled in other ServiceNow products may be required during the course of the agreement.
