Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to provide security services across various Council assets.

Council requires the provision of Alarm Monitoring Services to 75 Council Buildings and Facilities and Lock up services to 9 public toilets on a scheduled basis, including two unlock sites.

The scope of works for Contract No. 2025.40 includes, but is not limited to, the provision of the following services:

• Alarm Monitoring
• Alarm Response
• Alarm Response
• Scheduled Lock and Unlock
• Unscheduled Static Guards
• Scheduled Static Guards
• Monthly reporting
• Unscheduled services
• Monthly Contractor Meetings
• Maintain a register
