• South West TAFE is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified commercial building contractors to deliver the Main Works Package for the Sherwood Park Building Innovation & Design Centre (BIDC).
• This new facility will be located at South West TAFE’s Sherwood Park campus, delivering improved trades education delivery to meet local industry needs. The works are expected to include new teaching spaces, office areas, specialist trade training facilities, outdoor recreation areas and civil works, and associated infrastructure.
• The estimated construction value is in the order of $5-10 million, subject to final design and scope confirmation.
