Supply of Air Conditioning Services - All Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Katherine Town Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Air-conditioning Servicing and Maintenance at all council facilities. These works shall be carried out within the guidelines and specifications supplied.

Suitably qualified Tenderers with proven capability, capacity, and sound financial and technical background to deliver the Specification outlined in this Request for Tender are invited to participate in this RFT process.

The project aims to:

• Ensure the Annual Scheduled Servicing of all councils Air-conditioning units.
• Ensure the 6-monthly scheduled cleaning of all councils Air-conditioning units.
• Provide maintenance and repairs as required throughout the contract period.
