Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites quotations for the roof replacement of 3 Schofields Lane, Nowra in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The scope is to replace the roofing and roof plumbing at 3 Schofields Lane, Nowra. This property is a council-owned commercial building and is currently leased to retail stores on the ground level and professional offices on level 1. The building is located in Nowra’s Central Business District.

The existing roof cladding on this building is an estimated 270m2 of metal roof sheeting at approximately 2 degrees.

The intention of this scope is to have the quote separated into two parts (separable portions).

• Separable Portion 1 - Replace existing Zincalume metal roof sheeting in accordance with AS 1562.1:2018, roof safety mesh, insulation, cappings, flashings, box gutters and downpipes.

• Separable Portion 2 - Repaint all currently painted surfaces, including soffit linings in the arcade.
