Alpine Health is seeking quotations from qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Gutter Cleaning Services to eligible clients under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).

This service is aimed at ensuring the continued safety and maintenance of homes for older Australians, specifically individuals aged 65 and over. Alpine Health currently delivers this service to approximately 600 clients located across the Alpine and Indigo Shires and this tender could apply to more than 300 homes.

Scope of Work

The supplier will be required to provide:

• Full inspection and cleaning of gutters, downpipes, and associated drainage systems.

• Removal and disposal of debris such as leaves, twigs, and sediment.

• Reporting on any structural issues or damage found during service.

• Completion of work with minimal disruption to daily operations.

• Services to be delivered [Annually or bi-annually dependent on the need].
