EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - BUILDING WORKS St Peter's Primary School - Long Gully St Peter's Primary School, located on Fenton Street, Long Gully, is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Building Contractors for upcoming Stage 2 building works.

The project generally involves:

•  Demolition of existing internal spaces
•  Internal reconfiguration for new classroom layouts Construction of meeting rooms, store rooms, breakout areas, and new toilet facilities
•  Three minor building additions, including an accessible toilet.

Interested contractors are required to submit the following information:

•  Current Workload and Availability
•  OH&S, Environmental, and QA Policy Information
•  Insurance Documentation
•  References and Referees
•  Any other relevant supporting information
