The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking expressions of interest to manage the Procurement, Administrative and Logistics Management Support Services Program Phase 2 (PALMSS2).
PALMSS Phase 2 will be a renewed support unit to enhance the delivery of Australia's development cooperation in the Philippines.
The end of program outcomes for PALMSS Phase 2: is improved quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of Australia's development, political and economic programs in the Philippines, through responsive technical advisory services.
