CQUniversity Australia (CQU) invites tenders from suitably qualified Project Management firms to provide project management services for an upcoming refurbishment, fit out and relocation of our Melbourne campus to new premises. The successful contractor will have extensive experience and a proven track record for delivering similar projects as a client representative within a design and construct environment. This role will be based in Melbourne with a full-time presence and frequent site attendance at the existing and new premises and will be a 20-month appointment commencing 11 August 2025 through to 31 March 2027.
