Program Requirements

Serco is seeking Expressions of Interest from companies to provide residential housing maintenance and appliance replacement services in metropolitan and outer metropolitan Melbourne and for future FM tenders.

The services will be delivered under long term programs funded by government. The services required include electrical, plumbing and gas fitting, and building fabric works.

Serco is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced contractors who are interested in joining us as suppliers. If Serco is successful in securing contract, we will look to draw upon you as a contractor to support us in delivering services across Melbourne and the wider Metropolitan region, including preventative and statutory maintenance, reactive repairs, callout, and project work.

Experience delivering maintenance services in the public and social housing or local government sector will be valued.
