This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) seek a qualified ICT Strategic Procurement Specialist (Seller) to support a complex procurement activity for DEWR and the Department of Education (DE). The Seller will, in consultation with a range of stakeholders, lead all facets of the procurement from finalising the procurement strategy through to drafting a contract management plan for the ensuing contract(s). The Seller will ensure all advice given and artefacts delivered are compliant with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act), Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), Commonwealth Procurement Connected Policies and DEWR’s relevant policies and procedures including but not limited to the department’s Accountable Authority Instructions.
The Seller will work cooperatively with the appointed probity adviser to minimise probity risk and address probity matters. The Seller’s nominated personnel will complete non-disclosure agreements and conflict of interest declarations. Where the Seller’s nominated personnel has a real or perceived conflict of interest, DEWR will reserve the right to request a replacement resource with equivalent or better experience at the same rate as the resource to be replaced.

Working arrangements: Hybrid
Onsite, standard 8 hours per day, and 40 hours per week in total. On site at least 3 days a week. Flexible Working Arrangements (including remote working arrangements): Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis against the business requirements of the department and the needs of the immediate work area. Reduced Activity Period - A reduced activity period may apply where the specified personnel will not work unless the buyer has provided pre-approval in writing.
