Tender Description
This contract is to service and maintain all passenger and goods lifts in designated buildings listed in Appendix A, A1 and plant schedule listed in Appendix B, to a high standard to ensure that the Council have safe and well-maintained facilities.
The Contractor is required to manage and maintain the lift services in compliance with the objectives of the Contract, to meet the needs of the Council, building occupiers and the community.
