Frankston City Council invites tenders from respondents with an ability to manage the operation of the Frankston Regional Recycling & Recovery Centre (FRRRC) in an efficient, reliable, safe, and cost-effective manner. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring that the maximum amount of waste is diverted from Landfill.

FRRRC is situated within the Frankston Municipality at Skye and has been operating under Council control since 2015 providing disposal option for inert, organic, and recyclable waste to the municipality of Frankston which covers an area of 131 square kilometres approximately and sits 40 kilometres south of the Melbourne CBD.
