Development Victoria (DV) is seeking responses to this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Ballarat West Employment Zone project (BWEZ) (Project).

This procurement is seeking to engage with suitably qualified real estate agents capable of undertaking a marketing campaign and facilitating land sales for the BWEZ project, as detailed in Part B Project Brief.

This EOI has been prepared to assess the ability of prospective bidders (Bidders) to provide the required services so a shortlist of Bidders can be selected to proceed to the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage of the procurement.

Bidders are invited to submit an expression of interest (Response) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this EOI.
