The hospital is seeking a supplier who can provide X-ray Equipment, compatible with the existing Building & Services Infrastructure and service needs of Austin Health, and is pleased to invite responses to this PQQ. Suppliers are encouraged to submit one, or multiple models of X-ray units for Austin Health to qualify.

The aim of the questionnaire is to qualify X-ray Equipment, from an infrastructure and service compatability perspective.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Suppliers have the opportunity to visit the site locations (refer details below):

1. Attend site visit opportunites for Austin and Repat campuses (OPTIONAL)

• Scheduled site visit opportunities for Austin Campus ED X-Ray facilities (8am-11am, Monday 16 June 2025)

• Scheduled site visit opportunities for Repat Campus X-Ray facilities (10am-1pm, Tuesday 17 June 2025)

• Please RSVP attendance (max. 3 people) to procurement@austin.org.au by 4pm Wednesday 11 June 2025 with contact name and mobile number

• A 1 hour time slot will be allocated per campus within the above time windows upon receipt of affirmative RSVP correspondence

• A lack of RSVP correspondence will be assumed as supplier not intending to attend

• Please note that suppliers are required to provide their own transport between campuses

Following evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suppliers will be notified of X-ray units that are compatible with existing Austin Health Infrastructure.

Shortlisted Suppliers will then be invited to respond to a Request for Quote process for pre-qualified units.
