This project to address:

• Repainting of 9 units and all 20 bedrooms

• Refurbishment of 11 shared kitchen areas

• Replacement of shower screens in 17 bathrooms

• New (extension) staff break room including fixtures and fittings

• New treatment/consulting room

Tender release date: Monash Health is targeting the 11/06/2025, however this date is subject to change at the discretion of Monash Health.
