This procurement is for a School Improvement Specialist Review Services Panel (the Panel) of up to 10 suppliers to deliver school reviews for an initial term of 28 months, with delivery commencing at the start of the 2026 school year, with two further 12-month option periods available, with these options to be exercised at the sole discreton of the department. Suppliers can include sole traders that are appropriately qualified experts as defined in the requirements.

The department seeks to establish the School Improvement Specialist Review Services Panel to deliver school reviews. The length of each review and associated preparation time and reporting products required will be determined by the department and informed by school performance and size. Up to 400 reviews will be delivered per calendar year, spread across school terms. While suppliers will be asked to provide advice on the number of reviews they have capacity to deliver, the number and length of reviews allocated to each supplier will be at the sole discretion of the department, and in addition to the above, will consider reviewer capacity, geographic location, conflicts of interest and business needs of the department.
