Tender Description

The City of Greater Geelong (The City) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake works for the Lara Golf Club Driving Range Upgrade.

Objectives:

Provide a fit-for-purpose driving range that meets the needs of the community and club users.

Provide a facility that meets all relevant standards and the operational needs of the club for the eventual execution of an external management arrangement.

Improve aesthetics and connectivity from the carpark to the point of sale for both the course and the range.

Project scope includes:

  • New driving range including distance markers & targets on range.
  • Storage area for ball dispenser and other equipment, including ball washing facility.
  • New pro shop/kiosk/reception
  • Creation of new main entry into club through to pro shop/driving range area
  • Fencing
  • Access pathways
  • Security lighting and CCTV.
