Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have the capability to provide Cyber Security testing services and Cyber Security capability augmentation.
The Cyber Security testing services include:
- Threat risk assessments
- Security configuration reviews
- Security penetration testing
- Security regression testing
- Security code reviews
- IRAP assessments
- Essential Eight maturity assessments
All security testing services above are mandatory and responders are expected to be able to provide all of them. Responses that do not include all services will be considered non-compliant.
Cyber Security capability augmentation may include:
- Security architecture and design
- Security assurance and compliance
- Security Governance, Risk and Policy
- Security consultation and strategy
- Security project management and delivery
- Security processes and practices to support delivery of cyber services
- Expertise in security tools including:
- SIEM, including log ingestion and alert implementation
- GRC, including Service Now Integrated Risk Module
- Augmentation capabilities are highly desirable but not mandatory.
The engagement may consist of separate engagements to supply any or all the above services to individual projects as required. Each Cyber Security testing services engagement will be allocated as a separate piece of work based on a previously agreed rate card for services. Capability augmentation will be allocated as a separate piece of work by T&M. ADHA is seeking to leverage the services for a period of one year with 1 x 1 year optional extension option.
