Main Contractor for the Hamilton District Court Seismic Resilience Project - Stage 1 Registration of Interest

The Ministry of Justice are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors, to provide construction services for the Hamilton District Court - Seismic Resilience Project.

The works will be undertaken to increase the resilience of the Hamilton District Court from the current seismic rating to a rating as close as practicable to 67% of the New Building Standard.

We are seeking a main contractor who can facilitate the above as well as offer broader outcomes in terms of social, economic, and environmental benefits in delivering this Project.

This will be a multi-stage procurement approach (Stage 1: Registration of Interest to identify up to a maximum of four shortlisted respondents to be invited to a closed competitive Stage 2: Request for Tender).
