A Technical & Engineering Consultancy Services (TECS) Panel Contract is required by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) to support infrastructure operational and project activities.

During the planning, design and construction phases of operational and capital projects, the PTA requires suitably qualified Technical & Engineering Consultants to provide engineering and technical advisory support.  It is essential that PTA obtains the best available service providers who are capable of providing personnel and services for the PTA.

The PTA will be tendering for a multiple Engineering Consultancy Service Providers to be appointed under a panel arrangement, for a number of engineering assurance, design and investigation services. The Consultants will be able to nominate for one or more Engineering Disciplines, either by selecting individual Subject Matter Areas or the entire Discipline.
