This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Agency is looking to procure the below for Sensei Altus:
- an annual software subscription for Project, Portfolio and Strategic Altus for one production and one non-production environment for up to 5000 users,
- Customer Care Services which include Reactive Support - unlimited support tickets (break fix/incident related),
- Preventative Maintenance, Service Requests and Governance and Management.

please provide a one year and a three-year quote for consideration by the agency. please provide a detailed breakdown of the cost where applicable.
