Homes Victoria intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in June 2025 for Relevant Building Surveyor services for the new social housing project/s located on existing Homes Victoria land in Metropolitan Melbourne.

The tender will be a select process, called from prequalified consultants on the Construction Supply Register and Capital Development Guidelines accredited. Tenderers for this RFT will be shortlisted and contacted prior to tender release.

Contract award is expected in Quarter 3 2025.

The Government's Local Jobs First policy and Social Procurement Framework will apply.

Homes Victoria reserves its rights to amend its approach and timing.
