The Department of Human Services (DHS) will administer funding through the Community Neighbourhood Development (CND) Program to engage organisations to deliver CND Services. The purpose of this Regional Services Procurement is to further the objectives of the CND Program, being improvement of social participation, building pathways to economic participation, and decrease of social isolation for vulnerable people.

This procurement specifically targets service provision, in particular in the following regional areas; Limestone Coast (excluding Millicent and Mount Gambier), Far North, Barossa and Lower Light (excluding Gawler), Eyre and Western (excluding Whyalla and Port Lincoln) and Yorke and Mid North (excluding Peterborough, Port Pirie and Yorketown).
