Project goals

The establishment of the state-wide agreement is to achieve the following key objectives:

1. Deliver value for money for all Eligible Customers throughout New South Wales
2. Structured and clear pricing framework across all NSW Health Car Park sites
3. Standardised specification to address whole-of-health requirements,
4. Improved supplier performance through effective monitoring and performance management through Key Performance Indicators
5. Introduce a standard reporting framework to provide expenditure visibility, meaningful workforce and operational data and dashboard
6. Reduce administrative for NSW Health in car park management
7. Compliance with all relevant policy guidance and operation principles
8. Encourage innovation and technology advancement to improve operational efficiency

Scope

The supply, fulfillment and delivery of car park operation management services to NSW Health and other Eligible Customers, covering the following key areas:

(a) Car Park Services Workforce

(b) Car Park Cleaning Services

(c) Car Park Operator (CPO) Management Services
