Supply and construction of a new wellhead for the Oxford Rural No.1 water supply

Including:

•  Supplying all parts required for construction.
•  Installing the Z8-125-09 75 kW well pump and 150mm riser pipework, including securing all cables and the 32mm OD PE duct to the riser pipe.
•  Construction of the well head structure and all componentry.
•  Construction of the wellhead enclosure/protection
•  Liaising with Nairn Electrical (nominated electrical subcontractor) to complete all electrical and control cables as detailed on the construction drawings
•  All other work is indicated as per the construction drawings for the successful completion of the installation.
•  Testing and commissioning of the well
•  Provision of as-built plans and operational and maintenance manuals for specific equipment supplied and installed by the contractor.
•  Clean up on completion and disestablishment from the site.
•  Liaising with neighbouring property owners during construction.
