Tender Description

Construction upgrades at Ted Summerton Reserve, Moe as part of the state government funded Regional Sports Infrastructure Program. The works are comprised of two separable portions packages, these being:

1) Construction works package:

  • Construction of a new pavilion
  • Refurbishment to amenities areas within existing main pavilion
  • Construction of media areas to upper floor of existing pavilion (tender option)
  • Construction of outdoor undercover terrace area(s) (portion of terracing to be tender option)
  • Construction of oval lighting & video scoreboard
  • Utilities upgrades to accommodate events & new infrastruture

2) Oval works package:

  • Refurbishment to the oval surface and wicket table
  • Reconstruction of the oval drainage and irrigation with pricing to be requested for 3 different construction options
  • Construction of cricket sight screens and ball stop nets
  • Demolition and reconstruction of existing player benches
