Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Construction upgrades at Ted Summerton Reserve, Moe as part of the state government funded Regional Sports Infrastructure Program. The works are comprised of two separable portions packages, these being:

1) Construction works package:

  • Construction of a new pavilion
  • Refurbishment to amenities areas within existing main pavilion
  • Construction of media areas to upper floor of existing pavilion (tender option)
  • Construction of outdoor undercover terrace area(s) (portion of terracing to be tender option)
  • Construction of oval lighting & video scoreboard
  • Utilities upgrades to accommodate events & new infrastruture

2) Oval works package:

  • Refurbishment to the oval surface and wicket table
  • Reconstruction of the oval drainage and irrigation with pricing to be requested for 3 different construction options
  • Construction of cricket sight screens and ball stop nets
  • Demolition and reconstruction of existing player benches
