We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Designer to lead the development of data and analytics training products using Articulate 360 and to manage the Agencies survey platform Qualtrics. This role will be pivotal in translating complex data concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences that empower users to make data-informed decisions.

Job role requirements:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data and analytics training products, from ideation through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and data stewards to define learning objectives and translate them into compelling e-learning modules.
• Use a variety of instructional design and editing software, including but not limited to Articulate 360 and Qualtrics to design, prototype, and publish interactive training content, ensuring accessibility and user engagement.
• Gather and prioritise product requirements based on user feedback, analytics, and organisational goals.
• Ensure alignment with data governance principles, product line strategies, and compliance standards as outlined in internal frameworks.
• Champion a user-centric approach to training design, incorporating feedback loops and continuous improvement practices.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and deployment of training modules in collaboration with technical and design teams.
• Monitor usage metrics and learner outcomes to assess impact and inform future development.
