Cairns Regional Council is seeking submissions and competitive rates from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers relating to the provision of a wide variety of landscaping supplies and landscaping services.

NOTE: Existing Contractors and Suppliers who are already appointed to this ROPS arrangement DO NOT need to re-submit unless applying for inclusion in additional categories

This arrangement comprises the following two parts:

01. Landscaping Supplies

02. Landscaping Services

Each part will include categories for "soft" and 'hard' landscaping supplies and services.

Hard landscaping services and/or supplies means those services or supplies that relate to hard services and non-living elements.

Soft landscaping services and/or supplies means those services or supplies that relate to soft materials and natural elements.

Tenderers may nominate for one or many categories for the provision of landscaping supplies and/or services. The Principal reserves the right to appoint Suppliers for each or all or no categories for which they have nominated.

Enquiries:

Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions:

Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to the tendering forum, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
