Project Summary:
The Gordon is preparing to release an Expression of Interest (EOI) seeking suitably experienced and qualified commercial building contractors to deliver the Main Works Package for the Centre of Excellence for Inclusion in Health, Disability and Community Support.
These works will be located at the Gordon's Geelong, City Campus and involve refurbishment works to the existing campus, creating universally accessible learning environments and driving improved access, inclusion and employment outcomes for students with disability.
The estimated construction value is in the order of $20-$25 million, subject to final design and scope confirmation.
