Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2425-060 to engage a suitably qualified organisation for the Diamond Creek Community Infrastructure Master Plan Project - Phase B.2b Master Plan.
The project entails the preparation of master plans including design, governance, cost planning and business cases for the proposed Community Hub, and Aquatic Health and Fitness Centre in Diamond Creek.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Services.
