The City of Greater Dandenong Council (CGD) invites qualified vendors to submit tenders for the procurement of card payment, pay by plate parking meters to upgrade Council's parking infrastructure. Meters are required for on and off streets parking in:

• Dandenong Activity Centre on street

• Dandenong Market

• Three (x3) multi-levels car parks (across Dandenong and Springvale)

This tender requests proposals for the supply, installation and maintenance of 70 card-only payment parking meters to complement Council's existing Duncans TX meters (a number of which will be retained accepting cash only). This supports the Council's phased modernisation of payment options while maintaining cash payment accessibility for street parking. Council is open to either procuring meter assets and a maintenance contact (preferred term 3 years + 2 + 2 + 2), or a ”pay for service” option (with options for various term lengths). Vendors are encouraged submit proposals that they consider the best model for Council or provide multiple option
