City of Casey requires security and associated services for both the public, Council staff, and assets. More than 50 sites are accommodated for a range of services operating on a 24/7 schedule.

This is an ongoing requirement with both lessons learnt in the previous contract, notably a contractual setup with all or most services hosted from a single supplier. The current contract ends 11 August 2025 with no further extensions. A focus of setting up a contract for ease of operational management is the priority due to the time, effort, and nature of services.

Deliver Council's Security Services in order to maintain buildings in a safe, compliant, and serviceable condition. This will be a lump sum and schedule of rates delivering programmed and reactive security services, including:

•  Security alarm monitoring service
•  Duress alarm monitoring service
•  Mobile Response Service
•  Mobile Patrol Service
•  Unlock & Lock Up Service
•  Security Guard Service
•  General Security Maintenance Services
