The City of Perth is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the development and construction of end of trip (EoT) facilities for Council House.

The works under contract include the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic services required to complete the works. This includes the supply of all new components, demolition of existing components, modifications, installation of all new components, and the testing and commissioning of all new systems as related to the renewed EoT facilities at Council House.

For this purpose, the City is seeking tenders from organisations to submit their offers in accordance with the requirement of this RFT.

A non-mandatory briefing to Tenderers will be conducted on Tuesday, 10 June 2025, from 10:00am to 11:00am AWST at Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth.
