Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

DEWR is seeking one expert UX/UI Service Designer consultant resource to work with our stakeholders for the future state of TCSI applications. Tasks include:

  • Document the current state of the services, the service blueprints, and the current state of the service which meets the industry standards.
  • Work with a diverse range of policy, business and IT stakeholders to co-design and document a future state of the service that balances desirability, feasibility and viability.
  • Work with Business and System Analysts and Solution architects to ensure all aspects of a solution is aligned toward delivering the same outcomes and experience.
  • Working with UX/UI and Accessibility staff to ensure solutions are user centric and meet policy requirements and industry standards
