Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking expressions of interest submissions for the lease of the Aquamoves Café located at 25 Tom Collins Drive, Shepparton Victoria.

Council is seeking an experienced operator who has a vision for establishing an innovative social enterprise and a commitment to building social capital that will align with the key strategic directions of Aquamoves in relation to the health and wellbeing of its members and guests.

Council promotes healthy living choices. Council would expect that the products sold at the Café are in line with the Department of Health and Human Services - Healthy Choices: Policy and Guidelines for Sport and Recreation Centres (2016).

Aquamoves is a popular centre offering a wide variety of group fitness classes, a well-equipped gymnasium, popular learn to swim classes and aquatic facilities.

EOI's will be received until 4.00pm (AEST), Wednesday 25 June 2025

EOI's can only be lodged on line. Please note Greater Shepparton City Council no longer accepts hardcopy. Please submit all EOI's through the TenderSearch website.

It is Council’s policy not to accept EOI's after the specified closing time.

Council will not accept any EOI's by facsimile, or by e-mail.

 INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST:

• LC355 - Lease of Aquamoves Café, Shepparton Vic - is an Expression of Interest.
• EOI Schedules 1- 3 must be completed in order for the EOI to be evaluated.
• All EOI's must be submitted via this online portal; EOI's made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late EOI's in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your EOI and the clock hits 4:00pm your EOI will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your EOI early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the EOI must be via the online forum. If you have any questions or require assistance, you must lodge an online query through the QUESTIONS tab no later than five (5) days prior to tender close.
