Golden Plains Shire Council has impounded 2 standard bred horses, 1 bay gelding approx. 14.2 – 15hh and 1 black gelding above 16hh in size from Mt Mercer-Dereel Road Dereel on 29 May 2025.

If not reclaimed by 5 pm on 12 June 2025, the horses will be offered for sale by public tender

Tenders must be in writing and emailed to compliance@gplains.vic.gov.au by 5pm on 19 June 2025. Tenders must include the tendered price, provide all the tenderer’s contact details and PIC number. Any tenders that do not include the above information will not be considered.
